pak07 accounts are available exclusively to individuals aged 18 years or over. Age is verified through mandatory KYC (CNIC or passport) before any withdrawal is processed. Underage registration is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual may hold only one pak07 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed upon detection. Any balances or winnings associated with duplicate accounts will be voided. Account sharing — including with family members — violates these terms.
pak07 accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Use of automated bots, scripts, or any software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Collusion, match manipulation, bonus abuse, and any form of fraud will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities. pak07 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily established.
To access betting and casino services at pak07, you must register a single Account. During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC or passport), a valid and accessible email address, your date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak07 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. pak07 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from a Member's failure to adequately protect their credentials. You agree to notify pak07 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
KYC verification requires submission of a clear photograph or scan of your CNIC (front and back) or valid passport. KYC must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. pak07 may request additional documentation, including proof of payment method, at its reasonable discretion. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during KYC constitutes immediate grounds for Account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.
pak07 may apply enhanced due diligence procedures for accounts displaying unusual transaction patterns or high-value withdrawals.
All Account Balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits may be made via the payment methods listed in the pak07 cashier section at any given time, which currently includes JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. pak07 reserves the right to request that withdrawals be processed to a different channel where fraud prevention or payment processor requirements dictate. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
pak07 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Deposits originating from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Member's name are prohibited. pak07 reserves the right to reverse such deposits and close the associated Account.
Balances on voluntarily closed Accounts will be returned to the Member's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements. pak07 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering pending investigation.
All bets and wagers placed on the pak07 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game type. These rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by incorporation. In the event of any conflict between specific game or sport rules and these general Terms, the specific rules shall prevail in relation to that specific event or game only.

Live in-play betting markets at pak07 are subject to delays in acceptance to allow for data verification. Bets accepted during a manifest in-play error event will be voided. pak07's decision on the settlement of all bets is final, subject only to the internal dispute resolution process described in Section 15.
The house edge and theoretical RTP for all casino games are published by pak07 and reflect the independently audited figures provided by game developers. pak07 does not manipulate game outcomes. All RNG-based games use certified random number generation technology and all live dealer games use verified physical dealing processes.
From time to time pak07 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, or other incentives to Members. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings.
Bonus funds are held separately from deposited funds in a Member's Account until applicable wagering requirements are met. Withdrawal of deposited funds prior to completion of bonus wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of any bonus balance.
pak07 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without notice, subject to any commitments already made to Members who have opted into a current active promotion. Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim multiple first-deposit bonuses, or wagering patterns designed to exploit promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, reversal of derived winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

pak07 may apply mandatory restrictions — including forced cooling-off periods or temporary suspension — to any Account displaying patterns consistent with disordered gambling behaviour, even absent a Member's request, where pak07's responsible gaming obligations require such intervention.

All content on the pak07 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, text, data, game assets, logos, trademarks, and service marks — is the property of pak07 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or exploited without the prior written consent of pak07.
Game content is licensed to pak07 by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Spribe, and others. Such content remains the intellectual property of the respective developers and is provided to Members for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only under the terms of this agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak07's total liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Member in the 12 months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

pak07 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, and force majeure events may result in temporary Platform unavailability. pak07 will endeavour to communicate planned downtime with reasonable notice where possible.
pak07's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of Member personal data is governed by the pak07 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety. The Privacy Policy can be accessed at /privacy-policy.
Member data collected during registration and KYC — including CNIC details, contact information, payment method data, and account activity — is used solely for platform operation, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance. pak07 does not sell Member data to third parties.
pak07 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting Member rights, payment terms, or responsible gaming obligations — pak07 will provide reasonable advance notice via the registered email address associated with the Member's Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
Continued use of the pak07 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Member does not accept amended Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request closure of their Account and withdrawal of their Balance in accordance with these Terms.
A Member may close their pak07 Account at any time by contacting pak07 support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure of a KYC-verified Account in good standing, any remaining Balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe subject to standard verification procedures.
pak07 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, where:
Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the Member, pak07 reserves the right to retain the Account Balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, to apply forfeiture of funds derived from prohibited conduct.
In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, Account transactions, or any other Platform matter, Members should first contact pak07's 24/7 support team at [email protected]. pak07 commits to acknowledging all formal dispute notifications within 48 hours and providing a reasoned resolution within 14 calendar days.
Where a Member is not satisfied with pak07's internal dispute resolution outcome, they may request escalation to pak07's senior compliance team for a second-tier review. pak07's determination at second-tier review is final in respect of all matters covered by these Terms.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gambling regulation. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights a Member may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection law.
